Thank you for shopping with Fealth. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will support you should you need to return an item.
Return policy & refund policy guidelines:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at edfealth@gmail.com.
At Fealth, we work with various suppliers all over the world. As we don't hold inventory or fulfil orders ourselves, this means we need to negotiate with suppliers to organise returns with them. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
Free Returns
Returns are free in our store. You will need to supply a returns label yourself - this is because orders are fulfilled and shipped by our suppliers rather than us directly. While some suppliers may provide return labels, we cannot guarantee they always will.
Return Request Deadline:
To initiate a return, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your item. Once you have made the request, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.
In summary:
- Request a Return: Within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Return the Item: Within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with labels or tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
At Fealth, all items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return eligibility criteria. Please ensure that your returned item is:
- In its original condition and unused
- With labels or tags attached
- In its original packaging

Exchanges:
Currently, our store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the product you have within the specified return period and make a separate purchase for the new desired item. You can initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your item and return it within 30 days.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
